I'm yelling at the wandering healers inside towns/guardzones. They won't bring you back to life, even if you're begging them for a resurrection!

Would it be possible to "fix" this - please?

Wandering healers in towns are on their rest between two journeys. Let them breathe, you selfish little... dying thing?

Go to the town healers, that's their job and they pay a lot to rent their shop.

I have never had at any point in time an instance where the wandering healer inside a town has given me a resurrection. Is the main reason towns have their own shops with healers who will gladly resurrect you!

Ya I have to agree, numerous times when dead I have had the same thing happen. The wandering healer keep wandering past me! Do we have to jump up & down for them to see us (haha), really it gets old. Especially when you're out in no mans/ladies land. Lil fix Pls & Ty

The problem is that there are two types of wandering healers... one is actually wandering out in the wilds waiting for a poor soul to res... The other is actually just a quest giver named "A Wandering Healer" that stands around town waiting to give out his quest...

Is there something broken to fix? Or should the quest-givers just be renamed?

I live right outside Destard, and quite frequently I find myself in need of a rez because of dragons someone brought outside and either released or had go wild on them. I usually make it half way to Skara Brae before I run into a healer.

Too bad I can't chain one to my front steps.

The first time I found this annoying, was at the invasion on Nu'jelm. There are no healer shop on Nu'jelm but at least 3 or 4 wandering healers - on strike!

Yesterday I died in Magincia, took the boat to Trinsic and I saw a wandering healer standing next the Sons of the Sea - at the harbor.

The healer shop in Trinsic is not that far away, but it is still annoyng to pass a lazy wandering healer on ones way down to it.

They're not lazy. The just have a really good union. They're only allowed 1 rez an hour before they have to take a manditory 3 hour break.

Yeah which makes absolutely no sense at all considering on most shards (we don't all play Atl) it's hard to bump into anyone to rez us. Die in the dungeon and by the time ya get back if you go the wrong way, your stuff is gone...looks like it'd be better to gm my thief and steal whatever it is off of monsters that allow a person to rez in the boonies and pass those out to my archer and tamer.

Generally dying at my house isn't a problem if I'm playing. I rez quite a few players while stocking my vendors. It's only a problem when I die.

I beg to differ on this opinion. I think they're just being plain lazy. You know what we need? A Britanian Good Samaritan NPC Act! That's right, a law passed by the rulers of our lands (whomever they may be at the time) that states that if an NPC does not assist in the aid of a player they are automatically labeled as a criminal and freely attack-able under the law.

For far too long these wandering healers have rested on their laurels and done nothing. For far too long they have roamed our quiet streets in gangs. Far too many times have we been resurrected in the wild just to be res-killed by these hooligans under the guise of peace and friendship. I say enough is enough! They must pay!

It's part of their new "We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone" rule.

Yes they are a quest giver for working Compassion. Just poorly named and should be changed. Had the same "OoooOoo OooOO" no rez happen also. For newer players that lack game experience this could be bad. The Compassion Questers with the healer names should be changed. Maybe Horse Breeder to mess with the faction people. LOL
