I'm posting this purely for fact gathering purposes. I'm not making any accusations. This person may be a legitimate vendor, I just find it odd that he is always stocked to the gills w/ practically everything from Wood to Arties. I could swear I've seen this same guy on other shards. Perhaps diligent people could use the unmentionable search sites to check "Lamp Post" and your shard to see if Lamp Post Man is there :p

Looks like a normal well kept Luna vendor.
Most vendors I see though are empty or not restocked.

The dual lamp post guy has been freshly stocked w/ ungodly amounts of items for months and months and months... 10k heartwood deeds etc..EVERY SINGLE ARTY... For him to constantly have this kind of Wares he must have a team of people playing 24/7 :p

Did you ever think maybe its possible that people go to other shards, buy low.. bring items back in bulk and sell for a profit? I know people in my guild buy powerscrolls for example... buy them low at a price then resell them on busier shards for profit. Most rares, artifacts, and powerscroll dealers do.

Not everyone who has a good vendor is a cheater. They are just business minded.

Well, I'm one of those people, so I understand that... My vendor isn't usually stocked to the gils w/ ungodly items on multiple shards

Nothing looks out of the ordinary there. This person does ALOT of the questing is all by the looks of it.. Nothing looks to be "duped".

it's caleld Buying for Low and Selling Higher and we cant say anything about doom arties anymore sicne arties drop almost every 15-20minutes in doom now, arties are everywhere, same for peerless, can do many runs a day to get all the bulk loot or again buy and sell, stealables are easy to get, dyes well thats ewasy as well if you farmed tokuno minors like I did, colelcted 400-500 of them and bought alot, only biggy are the tokens, if he restocked his high end tokens everyday then he might have unligit supplies or suppliers

That would be like every round.

More like every 2 hours if you are lucky.

2hrs? are you nuts I dont have the patience to stay in doom more then 1hr and I get 2-3 arties before I leave
and I dont know what shard you play on but a round doesnt last that long, rooms are cleared in 2-3minutes on bigger shards and you accumulate points each time you hit a boss so more dmg you do more pts you get, more pts you get more chances you get of something to drop

My vendor looked alot like that when I actually kept it up daily and bought and sold daily.

Granted I didn't have 10k heartwood on my vendor constantly. Just artifacts rares and stuff like that.

Friend waited when those arties came out rotated in 8 hour shifts to get the monthly rares for 4-5 months in a row.
That is crazyness.
