My pup sits next to me and actually watches sometimes. It's pretty funny.

The significant other, on the other hand.....is a different story.

Thankfully I remain single.... and no pets.... just older adult kids...

Who think I spend too much time on the computer..... but are rather hippocritical in that way.

Personally I enjoy the game so therefore I play it.

No husband to harp on me about doing this or that... Pretty nice if you ask me.

Mines the opposite of this, i get the computer she gets the tv!

I do get interupted sometimes when she wants something
And its always when im in the middle of a boss fight or a good trade, have ooOOooOOooooOOO many times in pereless by instantly leaving the computer

I can play whenever. The kids are grown, totally independent, and I've been happily single for years. The only one who might occasionally resent my computer time is my dog -- but at least he can't nag.

Well I play when and how long I want. Kids do same..(son is 36 his wife is 31 so they can do the same when work allows them the free time home.) Thou there is a few furballs who like to dictate the terms of the keyboard use. heehee Son's Maine Coon is his keyboard buddy who loves to watch him play.. have seen her chase his character across the screen with her paw.
