Do Windrunner always come with the same resists and stats?

Do all of the windrunners come with the exact same resists and stats or is there some variance where the resists might be higher or lower?

Stats and resists are same on the 4 I've sold, variance in skills though but bot much

2 of our guildfolks got them and we lored them and they were quite a lot different in resists. example" Phys on one was 49 on the other 40

They have a max HP of 240 anyway so I don't think it makes much difference. Keep an eathy in your pack at all times. ;)
