No, she doesn't need help now. She is not being held captive. I think she just needed a few days of rest and a trusted friend to talk with, so she can recover from her ordeal, whatever it might have been.

Perhaps there is more to her story, but if she can't or won't inform us of the details, we can't help even if we want to.
