well ... the shadowlords have now sent their forces into open war (faction updates including pumped-up versions of some popular artifacts). When the shadowlords capture a city in Fel, the corresponding city in Tram gets invaded by an army climaxing with a "crimson dragon" with a variety of special attacks (including slowly untaming dragons used against it). The officers drop weapons and spellbooks with a couple of artifact-level mods, the dragon has peerless-level loot, but at this point it's hard to find a group willing to take the time to fight it.
Champ spawns (Tram and Fel) now drop new scrolls of transcendance at a rate similar to 105s that give instant gains to a skill. They also have a chance of dropping one of a new set of new artifacts (including un-PoF-able replicas of some popular old event items).
Lord Casca (the prosecuter of the Richardo trial and, aside from the missing Lady Aileen, the sole survivor of the royal council) has been annointed King. He promises justice and hard work are ahead, but opinions are still divided in the community as to whether this is a good thing or a bad thing. Event Moderators have returned and are running his reign.
