The title says it all. Does a special move have the same chance to hit as a normal attack (determiend by attack and defence skill, and H/DCI)? Or is there some other formula that applies?

[Wrestling] Do Special Moves check to hit normally?

I was afraid of that. I was asking because I'm trying to decide whether to be bothered with Wrestling for disarm, or stick with Eval+anat.
This is of interest to me too. I've tested with my warrior (44dci, 120 weap-one hander, 120 parry, 120 bush) against a mage with no HCI, low dex, and under 120 wrestling. The ******* kept disarming me more often than 50/50. The RNG was on his side I guess?
