Do skill increase items count for BOD gathering?

If I use an item that takes my Blacksmithy higher, does that count towards the type of BOD's I can qualify for? In other words, if I have 60 skill and I use a +10 Blacksmithy item, will the BOD's I gather be in the 70+ skill range quality?

No, unless they accidentally broke something when they put in the code for the 110-119.9 and 120 skill modifiers to BOD pulls last year. If they did, let me know I'll start carrying an ASH +30 on my 80 smith skill Carpenter for better BODs.

I don't know though, if The Hammer of Hesphaestus from New Haven acts in the same manner as ASH, or not.
