Do ninja darts require poisoning skill now?

Thats odd I was under the impression that it should only be the ninja skill that determines the damage done. I guess I will go test it when I get home on TC.

I posted about this in the pvp thief forum as well. Neither my shuriken nor my darts do DP poison any longer and I am 120 ninja. Not sure if this is by design or was broken with a publish.

yes applied to not when used! though i guess it could be interperted either way its written as to allow the reader to asume thats the skill is only required when applying the poison to the dart or star not when they are thrown or blown.!

Poison level always depended on my ninja skill, not poisoning, until this last publish.
