My Question is: If I Open a MIB will the Corrds on it remain the same forever or do they revert as tmaps do? Hence making the Corrds differnt over time.?

They stay the same. I arrange them in a chest, upper left for NW maps, upper right for NE, lower left for SW, and lower right for SE. They are still in order in the chest.
