do elfs make better bows than humans?

do elfs or humans make better bows then one another? who makes better bows? seems like my elf with same skills makes worth bows.

are u positive on that one? cause i soulstoned everything to my elf and burnt lke 30 kits and seems like the elf makes worse bows...

and i have gm arms lore on both human and when i went to elf

Absolutely positive. Race has no factor on making anything. Only on resource gathering.
