[Discussion] Do blood tiles no longer spawn?

I've been mostly inactive for a bit, but thought I would try my luck with finding the random evil mage camps that used to spawn two blood tiles. But I don't even see the old random gypsy camps spawn in those areas, much less a mage camp. Are these blood tiles rare now?

The blood tiles do not spawn anymore. They are not really that rare and can be found for sale quite easily. Cost for the two tile set normally goes for 3-7mil and i've seen them sometimes as high as 15mil.
