Dissapearing tables

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with things locked down in house dissapearing.. I spent a good half hour doing the gaza trick to make a long table with shelf in my bod house.. About a week later it went poof.. I locked them down and did not go into custimization mode.. ..

Haven't had trouble myself, but I'm curious whether changing the foundation may have caused this? I know foundation changes can re-set teleporter tiles, etc at times. My locked-down stone counter has been in place for over a year with no disappearances.
