Disconnects Since Latest Patch

Is anyone else having problems with disconnects since the last patch? I've run a traceroute, and I have a good ping with no packet loss. So there's something up with the client (in this case enhanced).

I am having a hard time just trying to patch the cilent.

Select run as admininstrator on your UO icon. I turned my secuirty off on my vista OS and never have to worry about constantly having to run as admin over and over. No more problems

I rebooted and the problem seemed to correct itself.

No disconnects but very laggy at times.
