I suggest a Graveyard with skeles and ghouls and such in it, try a few times and see if you get gains.

I coulda swore gamans worked into RoT. When they stopped working for me i tamed a mare and just discod that over and over, maybe a kirin too. You can do both of these in the safety of your own home.
