Dirt patches and GMs (please show the ones who dont know how to remove them)

Theres quite a few posts on this and how GMs fix them but I'm in a losing situation with GMs Fliper and Balendros atm, instead of fixing it which most other GMs know how to do, they've sent me a canned message and some other message regaurding house placement and Bugs. I have had this fixed multiple times and many here have, But you shouldnt have to waste your, thiers and other peoples time by calling over and over to find the right one. So now I have to wait for thier shift to be over and call later tonight

Better yet fix it so after the solen holes close that dirt and scar aren't left behind and remove all the current ones. That would eliminate a lot of GM calls entirely.
