As of this AM. I could find the stranger in the 6 places.

I only looked on the bottom level of despise and the top level of destard. All other places I search entire area or levels.

Atlantic.

Anyone see him today? And hows the loot falling with the patch?

i dont think strangers are spawning anymore...

ive looked thoroughly in all 6 spots and zippo!
