I agree with Djad regarding loot quality from individual bosses. Getting Ozy last is like drawing the short straw.
When you "normalize", please consider making them all like Virtuebane, not nerfing VB to be like the others

On a somewhat related note: Do all 4 legends have an equal chance to drop all the artifacts? Or do some legends favor certain ones?
Example: Does Anon drop more Anons spell books, Ozy drop more Obis, etc.
If they have different odds of dropping certain artis, forcing one boss to always be last could make certain drops harder to get.
