Did they disable the help menu? Warehouse vendor eats my pets and no help :(

Is the help system turned off? Yesterday I let someone outbid me on my old stall local cause I didn't want to match the insane bids on it. When I saw the bids I went and found an empty one that ended the next day to bid on and got it this morning. I got it set up and went to go collect my pets and money from the warehouse. Got there and took money so I could pay vendor before putting animals on. Went to the bank immediately and put money in and recalled to stall and paid vendor. Ran back to warehouse to get pets and they were gone! Said I had nothing there to collect, no pets or money. I had 4 pets on my vendor when it went into storage worth about 3.5 mill. I checked my stable, my stall and nothing.... This is the background...

I immediately put in a help page explaining all this and got that message next gm would help. In a half hour I never got a update message at all so I opened up the help menu and it acted like I didn't have a help request already so I filled out another and sent it and same thing... after an hour of waiting I had to leave so gave up. I logged back in about a half hour ago and did the same and exactly the same thing. I got the first message saying next gm would help and nothing since. Did they disable the help??

I would really like to know what happened to my pets since I was told I had 7 days to claim them and the very next day they disappear when I claim my gold. I thought the bugs were fixed with this system and am slightly unhappy my work just went poof and I can't even get a gm to send me a useless canned message...

Best answer I can give at the moment is that GMs are a bit slower on the weekend. The help menu should be working though and shouldn't be abnormal to not receive any messages for a while. When you place the page try to resist the urge to page again, it just sends you to the back of the line.

Perhaps someone with experience in stalls here might be able to help you with the problem though.

Well I have been on for over an hour now after paging just once and not a single update after that first message about the next Gm helping me and earlier today I never received a single update on either of my pages. It is acting like I never even paged at all after that first message.

I live on Siege where they removed GM's from helping you years ago. Now when you page, your moved immediatly to #6 in query and you stay there and are NEVER helped.

Was kinda surprized that other shards help button worked. *shrugs*

Maybe and I had 24 Mill on there. That woulda sucked more then losing the pets even though two were rare neon blue hiryus... Luckily the other two pets were low end cus.
