Did they change active meditation?

I have a scribe mage. he only basically makes scrolls and books..
he has 115 med, 80 focus, 115 magery, 115 eval int, 100 spellweaving, 110 magic resist and 100 inscription..
on his suit he has 13 mr and his int is 180.

im making a few level 8 scrolls because im planning on taking a trip to doom with a low level mage to build skills and find some nice stuff..

about every 3 out of 5 times i hit the med button, it says you cannot focus your concentration..
then i have to wait a few seconds before i can do anything else..

this is bad.. i dont remember it being like this.
did they change something?

If your int mana is real low(meaning you used alot of mana making the scrolls) then it can happen alot. My scribe has 120 med and still has this problem. Now using the med skill has a timer delay like a few other skills like hiding for instance.

Just begin meditate when you are at 90-100 mana. You will never fail.
