did they break the pvm sdi?

like the title says... i feel theres something wrong with the sdi in pvm... last i heard there wasnt a cap on it... but today i effectively tripled my sdi and casting on the same target it really didnt have any affect.... is it just me or is there something wrong?

I dont pvm with a mage, but you could test it by casting select spells without SDI on, and then putting the SDI items on and casting the same spells.

Compare damage.
