Did they break beneficial acts?

I accidentally healed an allied faction member and was surprised that it worked. Since he was red I thought maybe it was only reds. But then I found out it was blues also. Then we tested it on a non-allied person and we were able to bless him.

So it appears that there is no longer any beneficial acts in Felucca for factions. Is anyone else seeing the same?

It was happening on GL too, they must of broke it when they tried to fix it for Trammel.

Are we able to heal them while two faction enemies are fighting one another? This is where benefictial acts was originally intended to come into play..

we tested this as well in one of our last battes we were arble not only to do damage but though heals on ENEMY FACTION PLAYERS in fel, so from what i now undersand is not only can anyone heal a faction memeber memebers of opposing factions can also heal and rez faction members.
