Killed all bosses but title didn't change on me, says I am truly compassionate when I stand on shrine in Hawkwinds room but the anhk of sacrifice says though are not virtuous.

Should I run the shrine war again?

you need to kill and get credit for 8 captains. you must lay a fragment down on the tiles surrounding the shrine, and hang out till it poofs and you get the message about power(thats when your title changes).
