Did Dread get harder?

So, I solo Dread a lot, and been using the same template for a while.

120 swords/bush/parry
100 anat
90 healing
70 tacts
65 chiv
35 necro

Rune Blade with 45 mana, 44 stam, 42 hld, 30 ssi

He completely owned me today. Am I just having a bad day or did he get harder?

Yeah, I just killed him about 5 times over the last few days with 5x 120, no healing template no problem, maybe I just forgot how to play the template.
