I've checked multiple shards after server up today and nothing. Regine did say the presents would be given today, yet I'm not seeing anything. Does anyone else?

Nope, not even on Europa or Oceania. Maybe they'll start showing up as each shard hits their next maintenance period. Or maybe all shards get Publish 57 today after a whopping one day stop on Origin to check for bugs. I'd say be prepared for a good one-hour down-time sometime midday today.

Regine said they would be today, not next week. I've got plenty of patience, but when someone says something is going to happen and it doesn't at the expected time, that usually means something is wrong.
Next time don't be so quick to troll, or at least try to resist the urge to. I know how hard that can be for you.

Maybe because it WAS trolling.
If I'd "chilled" it wouldn't have been brought to Regine's attention and she wouldn't have known there was a problem. Seems to be simple common sense there. If I'd waited until Christmas, as you and Rico seem to think I should have, then there wouldn't have been anyone at the office at EA to fix it, then nobody would have gotten anything for Christmas until after that long weekend, and there would have been pancakes and complaining for 4 days straight. This way it's no big deal and it's taken care of right away.
So I guess it would be you that needs to "chill", regardless of when Christmas is, which date has nothing to do with the current subject at hand. Something in the programming didn't work, and it was brought to the attention of the person that needed to know it was broken. Over and done with.
