A friend of mine and I both had our account ages update. I thought that was unusual. Shouldn't they update when another month rolls around for our individual accounts? I really doubt we pay on the same day.
I think the account ages are messed up. Supposedly customer service says account ages are fine. Does anyone else have doubts about this?
How do we get them to check this and make things right? Any ideas?
