I've got two of those but no SSI. Leaches are above 55 on all 3 and one has DCI, and one has FC 1.

With high enough stamina + potions you shouldn't need SSI right... 3 second starting swing speed + 170+ stamina should put you near cap.

Could also use a piece of the Assassin set for another 5%.
