Dexterity for Mages

How important is Dexterity for mages and how low can it safely be for a mage?

In Trammel, completely unimportant and you can have it as low as 10.

In Felucca, you want a few more points so you can move if you get pain spiked or walk over someone.

Unless you have a parry mage, then you need 80 dex.
