Dexterity for Blue Beetle not Reaching 125 like it should

I heard that all tamed pets' dexterity can be trained up to 125.

My Blue Beetle is stuck at 110 and has not raised in 2 hours.

Can someone look into this please?

its been like this for years.
ive got a couple that are fully trained and they have never been able to get to 125 dex.
i assume its just the way they have always been.
