I was under the impression that the dex + stam cap was 150 combined but have been told recently only dex is capped at 150 and you can have unlimited stam? Also, if dex is capped at 150 does that still apply when using pots? If someone could please clarify for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've currently got 180 stamina, not sure that it makes a difference past 150. I guess if it doesn't make a difference I could rework my suit to include +int instead to jack my mana up a bit, anyone have a use for stam past 150?

Unless you're at 180, there isn't any type of swing speed increase for 150-179 stamina. There is a benefit to having higher than 150 stamina though, in that if you get hit for damage, your stamina will drop, but your swing speed won't. You have to take base weapon speed and SSI into account, but all the same, it's a buffer that I use to my advantage.

If your weapon has any ssi, then u WILL get swing speed increase between 150-179 stamina too.

You get a extra .25 seconds reduced from your swing speed for every 30 stamina, so 180 stamina would give you a small bonus over 150-179.

The difference will be in weapons that have a base speed of 3.25. If you find one of them with 30 SSI, you will be able to swing it at 1.25 seconds per swing. A weapon with a base speed of 2.75 with no SSI would swing at 1.25 seconds per swing if you have 180 Stamina.
