Dex loss with Armor?

Is there a dex loss with armor anymore?

Does my dex stay the same with leather as it does with plate?

Back in the day you used to receive a penalty for wearing heavier armor, or is all armor the same now? The only difference being the resistances?

Dex loss went the way of T-Rex many moons ago. I miss that and maces destroying armor and a whole boatload of what made UO truly unique.

I always didn't like dex-loss xD Now plate armor no better than leather, so no point of dex loss at all.
