You need to log into the characters for them to show up. By reactivating an account and not logging in the character in, it will not register for the site.

Thank you, for responding. My guild does not show accurately who's in it right now, on uo.com. And the characters logged on the last time was the 20th of this month.
A person just joined the guild two days ago and he's not on uo.com and a person that's been in the guild for atleast two months is not even showing on uo.com.
And what i'm wearing on uo.com, i haven't worn in atleast two weeks.
