I don't get the design to make things rare on an NPC vendor
First saltpeter, then the new halloween stuff...what is the design logic here????
I just dont get it. WHy would you make the halloween treats for the wolves that way? Why weren't they part of a quest or a drop from a monster. Instead you make it hard to get because an NPC vendor is sold out? WHY???
Why would an NPC vendor have anything to do at all with trying to craft something or particiapte in an event. How is that a challenge, or fun, or even part of gameplay????? WHy does a Vendor, or the limitations of what they sell, influence the game....
