Once again the Gypsies have taken off with depositors funds! How long will this go on! Do not the banks of Sosaria have any financial guarantees to protect depositors? Is this something we should get in the next publish!

That's pretty much how banking in the US from the 1830s or so through the 1850s (or so) occurred.

Private run banks that printed their own notes only to be GONE within a few months.

And as another aside, for people who believe that there is no such thing as a $3 bill, they actually were printed and circulated during that time as well. (along with other weird denominations as $4, $7, and $12.

Some of the Gypsy camps are designed to move. Are they all gone or just that one?

All excepty I believe three are designed to move... the one south of Compassion, the one across from there to the east, and the one in the desert area that is walled off are the only three permanent ones... the rest move around.

53o 10N 13o 46E "Spirituality Inn" Location
53o 5N 13o 34W "North Sacrifice / Lakeshire" Location
59o 56N 28o 41W "Justice Elemental Docks" Location (VERY DANGEROUS)

This location is shown in Stratics maps, but I've not seen it spawn since before ML came out (and I look every time I pass through the area - which is normally 2-4 times a week)

There are also three confirmed "undocumented" locations, all in the Compassion area:

I've seen volunteering and I've seen conscription, however, seldom have I seen the latter effected in such a tidy fashion.
