@Devs Please Add Vendor Empty Switch

@Kyronix @Mesanna Please consider having empty vendors advise when empty. (Temporary name change, color change to gray, just two examples.) We love the vendor search but sometimes folks shop using other means (particularly in heavy traffic areas of Luna). From my, and other's travels, it would appear that the majority of vendors (60 to 85 percent) stand empty at any given time, and it's a real time waster opening them up.
