Devs - Please add Unicode support to names (chars, houses, boats, etc)

As stated, please add unicode support in names, be it character names, houses, boats and such.

Was trying to make a house with a danish name, but it just removed the æ character and the whole thing looked stupid.

Come on, join the 21st century already, heh.

Start with unicode support in EC talk and chat.

Well there's a HUGE reason not to switch to the EC right there.

Either way, the devs should really look into this, as there's a sizable non-US/british population in UO.
