[Fishing] Devs, idea, crab exchange

I, for one, can't handle, crabbing for hours, to fill a quest. Especially, when I have a list, a mile long, of honeydo's.......... I ask of the almighty devs that be.......a crab/lobster exchange at yon emporium.

Maybe a 2 to 1 ratio?? I need snow crabs, what have a jillion of is regular crabs......let me swap them out, and not pay some scripter a million for a 100............which, I wouldn't do anyways.

C'mon devs,.....in ten years, I haven't asked for a thing. I love fishing, here and in real life, throw me a bone duders!!

See?? 30 , minutes of crabbing, ( no pun intended) 2 snow crabs, and now the "honey do" creator beckons......grrrr.

How about they make the regular crabs and lobsters useful by allowing us to make crab chowder or lobster bisque and bribing the fishmonger with 20 of them to get a bump up in the next quest, sort of like the current bribery system for tailor and smith bods.

Did you try asking for trades to other players in General Chat ?

I usually am able to find other fishermen willing to take named crabs or lobsters that I have extra for those I need for Quests. I trade 1 for 1.
Depending on the time of day it may take longer or less time to find someone willing to trade but I usually find someone. Of course it also depends on how populated a shard is and if there are many fishermen around.......

Another option may be posting on Stratics on the Trades Forum of the Shard you need the crabs/lobsters for.

As far as general chat, or chat in general, I won't use it, to many kids, too many scammers, sellers, and just plain annoying people. I might check into using stratics, providing the reply time doesn't drag out for hours.....I like to finish a quest in under 2 days. If my little guy lets me.

On a side note, went to a pond by my older sons townhouse yesterday, (no license required) caught my first large mouth of the year off a tan rubber worm, w/3 hooks on it. He wasn't a keeper, but still.....beats all them blue gills my wife was pulling every 30 seconds.....I kid you not. This pond is so stuffed with blue gills, they'd bite on an empty hook!
