DEVS help! Quiver of Infinity (after altered)

Hi, I have lost 2 quiver of infinity right in front of my eyes (after altered to gargyole)

I first altered it and then place in a secure bag, it disappear immediately right in front of my sight.

Last night I have altered one and also find that one being lost.

My secure house have 2000 spaces left and the bag i placed in is secure and locked down.

Please kindly look into the situation.
