Devs - Enhanced GM support on faction issues?

Devs -

I've noticed a lot of complaints that people can't leave factions, join factions, or guilds having issues with the same thing. Would it be possible for the GM's to be given the capability to resolve these issues on a trouble call?

The link that tells us how factions work isn't very useful...I've been sent it so many times it's been memorized.
