devs....are di jewels not working???

got lke a kryss with 25 di on my sampire,but all 50s leecches...but my jewels - ring and brace.....should stack it to 15 plus 15 so 30...////so easy 55 ,maybe 60 di over with the armour suit... di?????. but i still seem to lack behind firepower
