Dev's, any chance of Europa getting it's Moonglow beer garden back after the event?

It looks like the apperatus in Moonglow on Europa has wiped out the Beer Garden outside the inn (Trammel side).
Is there any chance it could be restored after this event as it was placed by Talos?

Our characters don't have anywhere peaceful in moonglow, to sit outside and comment on how the world has changed and the Mongbats were so much scarier when we were young now.

I'll try and dig up a picture, as I should have a few at least of it.
