I am however with Chump in that the asking price may be a challenge. As an example in Nov 2014 I sold my Hythloth plot (the 18x16 directly to the right of the entrance) to Crystal for 25 mil. However I am a firm believer in people can ask what they want so good luck with your sale. Cyrstal is a really good guy if you break him a deal though, just saying.

nice house. i would have been very interested a couple years ago when i was looking for an unblockable max storage plot in unique location. you might get your price, but also might have to wait a long time (years) to find someone who wants it that bad.

I still think it's an awesome location, regardless of the dungeon not being that utilized anymore. I saw my first tamed Dragon there with a crowd of others. The owner used too many commands and it decided it was better off without an owner, then it started mowing down people. Great memories.

I had one outside despise on Baja fel...turned into a cartel guildhouse when there was a harry in despise lol. It fell when I quit for the first time around 2006-2007. Id pay good to have the spot again.
