General Despise Boss Encounter Bug

Certain times when the encounter is spawned, the boss and Wisp will keep instantly regenerate to full health when they get about 20% damaged.

I did it at server up with a friend and defeated him with no problem. I am hearing his health is resetting around 50% now on Atlantic.

Server up we used a 3 headed wolf and mare.

There was a patch, so something in it could messed it up or a certain creature.

Just killed it with a group of 10 or so with no problem.

Yes, each call to arms has a chance of this happening. 1st time - Boss kept resetting Next 3 times, everything went normal, 4th time boss kept resetting
