Desperately trying to locate a very old runelibrary!

I cannot for the life of me remember where this place stood, it was in Felluca and has an extra sign given by a GM to distinguish it as one of the best runelibraries back in the day!

I've got a rune to that library, in my library!

If you go to Zento, the north east corner here :

You will find me library. Inside on the ground floor, at the far corner, is a little office. Inside there is a shelf of other libraries! The bottom book is Felucca.

It's the first rune in there

It really is a fantastic library (the shop next door is amazing too) I've spent a while looking around it and the selection is mind boggling. Not only that but the decoration and organisation of both buildings is beautiful.

S'even got runes for pretty much every creature in Britannia !
