Demon slayer with mage weapon skill mod

Well I finally managed to pump out a demon slaying kryss but it came with a -22 Mage Weapon Skill mod. The only other mod it has HLA 28%. Is the weapon any good?

A Mage may want that weapon badly. Even a few fencers would pay well over 100K for it just for the Demon Slayer property.
