How would the "Owned by No One" property affect its price?
TL;DR: It's basically a free bless that works on all characters, I tested it.
I just tested this with my own "owned by" cartography talisman. I gave it to a character on a different account, and I was able to equip it and keep it on - screenshot attached. I died & rezzed and it was still in my pack even before I got my corpse. I had also heard that you have to re-equip it on login, but this was not the case for me. So, it's still perfectly functional, it will just only have one character's name on it. I've also heard that transferring it to another shard will let you switch the name on it, but this is a bit more inconvenient to test, hehe.
So, my question basically is - how much would this free bless add to the price?
