Demolishing houses became a lot harder

i reported it as a bug, but something is wrong with housing.
Moved 2 houses and both showed lockdowns were still present either though both were empty.
Anyway, clearing the design doesnt work.
Demolishing, after trying to clear, results in the picture.
Guess we need bulldosers now.

Its just a graphical glitch on your client. Close your client completely and log back in to get rid of it.
