Not unless something changed in the last two years, the house is linked to the account not the character so you are good.

Just to be on the safe side best just transfer the house to me and err everything in your bank and umm any other houses you own, just umm to be safe

What I meant by that kage is he had better take his soulstones out of his bank and put them in his house cause the bank storage last I check is bound to the char and not the account.
