i'll say around 20-30mill + something extra for it being blessed.
Reasoning for this is that, the sword simply requires too much stam to swing at max, for it to be useful as a main pvp weapon.
From a pvp perspective the mods are nice, but most prefer HLD over HLA due to the use of captn johns hat, that most pvp'ers roll with.
As a defensive weapon on a sampire it can be useful, but most would prefer a hatchet for the lesser requirements, and the specials (AI,Disarm vs AI,con blow).
This is why i value this weapon somewhat low, even thou it has nice mods n all.
Just my 2 cents.
