You can't. If you imbue Lightning, it will override the harm. At least that's it works on normal imbues.

Tbh, I don't think you're going to get any interest in this item. It's antique, which means increased durability loss. It's splinter, which is increased durability loss. This thing would be finished in one fight. But that's just my take on it. I would never imbue a splinter weapon, nor would I purchase a brittle/antique splinter weapon.
